As a highly experienced accredited coach, I bring a wealth of experience in understanding individuals, what holds us back and how we can achieve lasting change in performance and behaviours. I’ve worked across a huge variety of sectors and coach individuals at all levels, from C-suite executives to newly promoted managers.

With a strong commercial background in leading product development teams for M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury’s over many years, I’m experienced in fast-paced environments. Having led the development of an award-winning new factory for Waitrose, I understand the pressures of business and the challenges of leadership.

Why me? I've seen my fair share of life's ups and downs, at work, home and with health.
